STAR WARS PINBALL : BOBA FETT - REVIEW

I don't know anything about pinball, nothing - not a damn thing except that it involves pinging balls around a theme based boards, bazillions of points and a ton of wasted money. Zen Studios, creators of Zen Pinball, the game in which you can buy one of the three Star Wars pinball games on, have captured these ‘old school’ elements perfectly - without the endless theft of money. £1.50 is a fair deal for a game that captures the best of Star Wars and puts it all into a vibrant and active pinball machine. Boba Fett will at times move around the game board, meet and have a chat with Darth Vader and at times, being the gentleman that he is, save your ball from escaped via his grappling hook. Despite only seeing these few animations, the look, sound and movement of Boba Fett is executed and resembles one of the greatest Star Wars characters brilliantly. I’m no Pinball wizard and not even the a huge Star Wars fan but this doesn’t stop me from picking this up and having another go at beating my measly record, playing hotseat with a friend or seeing something new different which the game often surprises with. Due to this one being so fun and well made, I have no doubt that I will later buy the other boards which Zen Studios have cleverly created from the three popular things in Star Wars: Boba Fett, Episode V and Attack of the Clones. (Though I personally despise seeing one of the greatest villains in film portrayed as a lovable teenage rascal). So if you like Star Wars and Pinball then this is one lucky find for your, if not - this is still a joy to play and a great game on iPad along with the other Zen Pinball boards.
